1. Overview
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once the code is out of our inventory, we cannot guarantee its validity. Therefore, once the code has been sent (shipping), you will not be able to request a refund or exchange. So be careful when you order.
We guarantee 100% that our goods are valid and genuine. If you have technical problems when using it, please contact us. Our support team is happy to assist you.
2. Definitions
Our Website lists various digital content, e.g. digital gift cards, downloadable game titles and other downloadable content (“Content”). We sell on the Website official keys, issued by the publisher, the distributor and/or the developer of relevant Content (“Developer”), which allow the user to redeem, unlock, access and download the relevant Content from the Developer’s platform (“Code(s)”). We are not the Developer of the Content and we do not own or operate the Developer’s platform. In addition to these Terms, you may also be subject to the Developer’s end user licence agreement and other terms related to its Content and its platform.
- Digital Goods: means digitized content, such as Voucher, CD Key, Gift Card, Expansion, DLC, Game Points, Pre-paid Card, Game Key, Softpin and related features and functionality;
- CD Key: means a printed matter containing letters and numbers, found on a card, sticker, or disc included with your game’s packaging. The CD Key is usually included in the emailed purchase receipt for online purchases since no physical media is delivered;
- Expansion: means an expansion to a particular Game;
- DLC: means an expansion to a particular Game;
- Game Key: means an activation key containing letters and numbers for a particular game;
- Game Points: means a game currency that can be spent on a particular game to acquire items or services;
- Gift Card: means an electronic gift card which contains a stored value available for redemption on the Developer’s platforms;
- Softpin: means activation codes that are generated by game publishers for use on a particular game;
- Shipping: means how we deliver the Digital Goods / Contents / Codes to you.
3. Shipping
When we accept your order and you receive our Confirmation Email you will be able to access the Code for the relevant Content in your My Account. The Confirmation Email include the relevant Code.
All of our products are digitally delivered via email and via our website. Don’t wait for a package, or even leave your house! We can have your card to you within minutes of completing your order, delivered right to your inbox. Most orders are fulfilled within 15-20 minutes of your purchase.
